Are AI tokens included in the price?
No — you bring your own model keys (BYOK) with zero markup on tokens. For managed deployments, AI token packs are available as a pay-as-you-go add-on.
What does BYOC mean?
Bring Your Own Cloud. Calliope AI runs in your own AWS account and VPC — you own the data and the bill. We provision it automatically, live in under an hour.
Self-serve or talk to someone?
Both. Technical teams can self-serve via checkout and deploy immediately (and lock in the scaled annual discount). Or start a 30-day free trial and we'll stand it up with you. Enterprise is always a conversation.
What's the minimum commitment?
A 10-seat minimum on BYOC and Managed, no long-term contract — cancel anytime. Enterprise pricing is custom.
